Don't waste energy caring what other people think about you. If you waste energy being so concerned with what everyone else thinks, you'll never be good enough, fit enough, smart enough, and the list goes on. What's beautiful to some is ugly to others. That's why it's so important to decide what YOU want & spend your energy getting there & feeling good about it. The only opinion that matters is your opinion of yourself. Spend your energy on working on your goals to get where you want to be. When you feel good you look good! You radiate positively and it's contagious. The more time you spend working on yourself (and less time on worrying about the opinions of others ) the quicker you'll get to where you want to be and the better you'll feel when you see your progress. I believe that everyone has the power to look and feel the way they want to and it's in your control to make it happen. You can do it! 👊

HOLD THE BANANA PHONE - THIS RECIPE IS EVERYTHING. I’ve been making different variations of banana bread for YEARS, but this recipe takes the cake. This Oaty Chocolatey Banana Bread is out of this world delicious. I ate it for breakfast, snack, and after dinner (whoops, I don’t have a lot of self control when it comes to my two favorite foods: dark chocolate and bananas ). Anyway, here is the recipe, made quick and easy using my @blendjet 🍌 Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking pan with parchment paper. 🍌 Mix wet ingredients together in a large mixing bowl: 3 super ripe mashed bananas, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup applesauce, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg, and 3/4 cup almond milk. 🍌 In another mixing bowl, add dry ingredients: 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 🍌 Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and be careful not to over mix ! 🍌 Stir in 1/2 cup +++ chocolate chips. 🍌 Pour your mixture into the pan and bake for about 40-60 minutes (depending on what kind of flour you use ). 🍌 Let your insanely delicious banana bread cool off for 15 minutes and STUFF YOUR FACE.

Enjoy these clean eats by following the instructions below: 🍦 Mash 4-6 ripe bananas using @blendjet blender 💜 Blend in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 🍦 Pour blended mix into muffin tins 💜 Sprinkle in dark chocolate chips 🍦 Freeze for 1-2 hours and enjoy! Happy Monday!! It’s the start of a new week, which means it’s time to hit that reset button and challenge yourself this week. I believe that in both your fitness routines, and more generally, in your life, if you aren’t feeling challenged, then you are just too comfortable. Pushing yourself to your limits and trying something new can always feel a bit scary, but what will get you through it is the people you surround yourself with. Those people will support you and raise you up when you need it most. No jealousy or competition, just solid support. When you feel confident and have a team behind you, that’s when the magic happens.
