Have you guys ever made Pull Apart Sliders? They are everything I’ve ever wanted in a slider but 100% better because you don’t have to form little baby slider patties! These Caramelized Onion, Mushroom and Gouda Pull Apart Sliders are made with @LightlifeFoods Plant-Based Ground which means both meat eaters and vegetarians will love them! They’ve got the same great taste and juicy texture as traditional ground beef but no actual meat because they’re made from plants! Also means they are low in saturated fat and have NO GMOs, soy or gluten! Make these immediately! You won’t be disappointed! #ad 6 tbsps butter, divided 2 large sweet onions, sliced 1 pint mushrooms, thinly sliced 1 1/2 pounds Lightlife Plant-Based Ground 1 tsp granulated garlic 1 tsp onion powder Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste 24 slider buns 12–16 ounces gouda cheese, shredded 1 tbsp fresh thyme Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the onions and mushrooms and sauté, until caramelized, about 35 minutes. Add the Lightlife Plant-Based Ground to the skillet full of onions and season with the garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium-high and brown the Lightlife Plant-Based Ground, breaking it up and mixing with the onions as you go. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Separate the tops from the bottoms of the slider buns. Fit the slider bottom buns tightly on the baking sheet. Evenly distribute the Lightlife Plant-Based Ground mixture over the bottom buns. Top with the gouda cheese. Cover with the top buns. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the remaining butter and add the thyme. Using a pastry brush, brush the butter over the top buns. Bake the sliders until the cheese is fully melted and the tops of the rolls are lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

#capitalonepartner - The 4th annual WGC Friendsgiving was one for the record books last weekend. Gathered 30 of my favorite humans and cooked a mega feast (and didn't let anyone bring anything except dessert because I have control issues )!! I did however enlist the help of @whatsthomaseating because as you guys know, he's a mega part of WGC in every single way and I wouldn't be where I am today without him. He keeps things running smoothly as my right hand, just like Eno from @capitalone does with my money! I was able to stay on track while prepping for Friendsgiving, similar to how Eno keeps my finances on track by sending me proactive alerts like bill pay reminders and double charges, so basically I'm covered on all fronts from my kitchen to my credit card!! Next Friendsgiving I'm aiming for 50 people - brace yourselves.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… I’m only down for a game day party because of all the food!! Summer grilling might be long gone, but I’m still ALL about that Hot Dog / Game Day life. These @lightlifefoods Smart Dogs are rocking my world! They literally taste like a regular hot dog, but are totally plant-based and I loaded them up with BBQ sauce, cheese and onions to give them a bit of a BBQ spin since I didn’t fire up the grill this time (hello stove top grill pans ) They are PERFECT and easy so you can make them this weekend if you’re parked in front of the TV too! #ad No real recipe needed but make sure you have: Brioche Hot Dog Buns Lightlife Smart Dogs BBQ Sauce Freshly Shredded Cheddar Finely diced red onions Green Onions Toast the buns until golden. Cook the Lightlife Smart Dogs according to the package directions, either on a non-stick skillet or grill. Place Lightlife Smart Dogs in each brioche bun and top with a drizzle of BBQ sauce, shredded cheddar, red onions and green onions. Serve immediately.
