Our #vegetarian cheese board included: olives, roasted almonds, pistachios, dates, truffle honey, cheddar cheese and Red Leicester cheese, vine tomatoes, padron peppers, arancini, muhammara (a Middle Eastern walnut dip ), grapes, cucumber and Cornish wafers! My husband loves cheesecake, so for his birthday this year I wanted to attempt this #lotusbiscuit cheesecake. Although I’m usually not a cheesecake fan myself, this is SO TO DIE FOR! I’d definitely recommend, to all you cheesecake (and not ) fans out there!
Superfood salad with spinach, roasted sweet potato, halloumi, pecans, pumpkin seeds, puy lentils and our home made maple and mustard dressing! To make it vegan, simply leave out the halloumi cheese.

White chocolate cake truffles - these cute little cake truffles are a great way to revive leftover cake that you feel guilty throwing away, but has sadly gone a little stale.
