Hello! I’m Kubra. I’m ESC volunteer at Germany. And i decided to share my favorite food. The recipe of the day is: “Mercimek Köftesi” It’s from Turkey. I hope you will enjoy it 🙃 . . Ingredients (for 6 people ) 300g Red lentil 200g Thin wheat 🌾 Olive oil Pepper / Tomato paste Onion Parsley Lemon Spices . 1 )First of all, we take our medium pot. 2 )We boil our red lentils in 4-5 cups water and 2 cups. 3 )After the lentils are boiled well, we put 1 cup of thin bulgur (thin wheat ) in it. 4 )We put our cumin and salt in it and wait 15 minutes with the lid closed. 5 )On the other hand, we cut onion into small cubes. We roast in olive oil. 6 )After our onions are roasted, we continue to add the tomato paste and roast it. 7 )We also put our spices and take them out of the fire. 8 )On the one hand, we wash our parsley. 9 )We put our lentils and onions in a deep bowl and start kneading. 10 )After kneading well, we put our parsley and lemon juice. It’s ready! Of course you can change and put the ingredients you like 🤗 . . . . . #food #recipes #mercimekko ̈ftesi #bremen #volunteer #erasmusplus #esc #germany 🇩🇪 #germany #eusolidaritycorps #europe
