Nothing like hitting back and seeing your wings grow. • Back day has become one of my favorite workout routines in the last couple of years and my back has improved the most in the last couple of years. • From lat pull downs to deadlifts, my back has gotten stronger and leaner in the last couple of years and the gains have been amazing! • The next year I’m going to focus on improving my back even more and get myself ready for my first powerlifting meet and classic physique show next year!
