Soon, astronauts on moon mission won't have excuse for not answering their texts.🤭 NASA has just announced more than a third of a billion dollars worth of “Tipping Point” contracts awarded to over a dozen companies pursuing potentially transformative space technologies. The projects range from in-space testing of cryogenic tech to a 4G LTE network for the Moon. Nokia America secured deal to develop and install 4G network and further transit it to 5G in future. The reason why 4G will be installed and not 5G is much of a debt on forum plateforms but simply I think the reason is 4G is matured enough and 5G is still in testing on Earth so, that's a good reason I guess. Further NASA is taking it seriously to play its part in commercial and governmental use of space in near future.😃 I can't resist myself asking this: How is 4G internet speed in your area? (Comment down and share on story )😁 📜Source: https://www.nasa.gov/press-release/nasa-announces-partners-to-advance-tipping-point-technologies-for-the-moon-mars https://techcrunch.com/2020/10/14/nasa-loads-14-companies-with-370m-for-tipping-point-technologies/ https://mashable.com/article/nokia-cellular-network-on-the-moon/ 🛤️ Our journey in science is getting 🌌 exciting, don't forget to follow 👉🌠 @tech_on_air 🌠 @tech_on_air 👉🌠 @tech_on_air 🌠 @tech_on_air 👉🌠 @tech_on_air 🌠 @tech_on_air #moonmission #moonlanding #lunarchronicles #spacescience #technews #spaceexploration #nasasocial #spacenews #technologytrends #technologynews #astronomical #astrophotographer #astronomyfacts #astrogeekz #sciencefacts #spacefacts #astronomylover #astrofacts #spacelovers #astronomía #astrofisica #satellites #moonnight #moonphotography #moon #starlink #internetmagazin #nokia #nasaoriginal
