Pull-ups Form is not as tight as I would like (too much swinging ) but Iโ€™m working on it. - Several clients have approached me with the goal of performing a pull-up. Working on strengthening your back&biceps, lowering your BF % and improving overall form via assisted pull-ups are what make it happen.
