💭E.M.O.T.I.O.N.S☁️ . What emotions should you feel after babyloss ? The answer is, there is no right or wrong when it comes to emotions after babyloss . . When it comes to babyloss 👼🏼 there's so many different emotions that you'll feel. . A lot of them will be difficult emotions to deal with and hard to to escape🚶🏼‍♂️from. These emotions may pop up totally out of the blue💨 and catch you off guard on a good day, in turn making that day a bit more of a difficult day, but that's okay. . The most important thing is to find things that help to you to deal with and process those emotions; whether it's getting stuck into a good book 📖, going for a really long walk 🪁, sewing 🧶, watching a new TV program 💻, listening to music you like 🎶 or having a lovely bath 🛀🏼. Whatever helps you on a tough day, make sure you remember to do it, and to look after yourself. . It's okay to be sad 😢, it's okay to be jealous 🟢, it's okay to be angry 💥, it's okay to feel totally lost 🧩, it's okay to feel overwhelmed 🙇🏼‍♀️, and it's okay to begin to feel hope again 🌞. . It's okay not to be okay 🚫, however, it's also okay to be okay👍🏼and to have a good day. . There are so many emotions after babyloss🌪, whatever emotions you feel (and there are so many ) it's totally normal, you've just lost a baby and your emotions are going to be everywhere, give yourself time to grieve, feel these emotions and take care of yourself 🚴🏼‍♀️ however works best for you. .
