Good morning hope everyone is staying safe. Here’s a little back workout routine I did the other day and I wanted to share with guys hope you enjoy. 1. Inverted body weight rows- 3 sets of 10 2. Renegade row- ( w/ no push up ) 3 sets of 10 3. A. Bent over barbell row- 3 sets of 10 B. Bent over underhand barbell row - 3 sets of 10 4. Seated cable row w/ pause - 2 sets of 15 5.
